September 23, 2009 Sleeping has been one of my biggest challenges during pregnancy. I’m a stomach sleeper, I have one position, on my stomach that I sleep in and it’s the only way I can sleep. So you can imagine how hard it was when I was 7-9 months pregnant with my son, throw in puking my guts out and well, I didn’t get much sleep. I tried a body pillow, in every kind of position imaginable, didn’t help.
