Utterly Yours™ will be happy to replace your breast pillow if it is defective upon receipt. However, Health Regulations prohibit returns or exchanges due to the personal nature of this product. Therefore, we highly recommend that if you are uncertain of your size, please take your measurements based on the guidelines outlined below. Sizing and Measurement Guidelines:

Measure from the bottom edge of the areola straight down to the base of your breast. Use this measurement and the following guidelines in making your breast pillow size selection.
