"I started using this more in my 3rd trimester when things got really uncomfortable and I now can't sleep without it--if I forget to put it around me I seriously wake up with a back and belly ache. It's super duper easy to use and you can push it into your belly/back to make it fit perfectly to your current size. I picked the gray/white combo and it looks beautiful on our bed :-)"

"I can sleep again! I ordered this pillow when I was 28 weeks pregnant and having a terrible time trying to sleep on my side. The giant pile of bed pillows that I was using took up most of the bed, and my husband had no space for himself! This pillow is compact and provides excellent back and belly support. Pay attention to the size chart - I ordered a larger size than I should have, assuming that my belly would get bigger and I would need extra space. I'm now 34 weeks pregnant and the pillow is still a bit too "long" in the center panel for me. I rated 4 instead of 5 stars because I think the belly support is a bit too forgiving - having used this pillow for 6 weeks now, the belly wedge has gotten squished and doesn't return to its original shape anymore. Its still extremely comfortable though, I can't sleep without it!!"

"The first night I began using my Utterly Yours Pregnancy Pillow was the first night of my pregnancy that I got a good night sleep.  Not only did it support my belly when lying on my side, it supported my back so that I didn’t have to strain my back to keep me in a comfortable position throughout the night.  My husband also loves the pregnancy pillow. Before, I was using another pregnancy pillow and not only was it super uncomfortable to use, it took up so much space in the bed. He loves how the Utterly Yours Pregnancy Pillow is compact and does not take up space on his side of the bed!  I would recommend this pillow to all of my pregnant friends - at any stage in their pregnancy.  It truly makes for a much more restful night sleep!"

"Fantastic pregnancy pillow; compact, comfy, pretty! This pillow is wonderful for saving your back during pregnancy; especially during the second and third trimester. It is small enough to fit into a carry-on trolley (when open into 2 triangles), which makes it PERFECT for travel -- I take it everywhere!

It is also body hugging and small in bed, so my husband loves it!! Prior to using this, I used the "Back 'N Belly" pillow which I loved, but it was so enormous that it took up the whole bed, my husband hated it, and HE started having back problems! Now we are both comfortable, free of back pains, and can cuddle while I'm still held in position by the pillow all night long (which is great while pregnant so that you don't find yourself on your back, which is worse for the baby).

Only reason I've given it 4 and not 5 is because I think the 1 of the 2 triangles should be adjustable by velcro to the center piece, so that while the belly is still small, the center piece can be shortened to really fit snugly. I have written to the designers, and hopefully they will be implementing this feedback soon, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PILLOW!!"

1. stays in place without having to "wrestle" with your pillows all night long!
2. great back support
3. comfortable belly support and 4)helps keep you on your left side which is recommended for a health baby!.

As an added bonus, it's small and compact and looks great on your bed when not in use! I highly recommend this item for all body types to help you sleep comfortably as your baby grows!"

"Looks and feels great! This pillow has turned sleepless nights into restful nights! I tried using a body pillow, but it just took up too much space in the bed and didn't provide the proper support I needed. This pregnancy pillow doesn't take up a lot of space, and it contours the body so well. The patterned side of the pillow supports the back with the right amount of firmness, while the solid side is just soft enough to feel great against the belly. I love how this pillow keeps me on my side while sleeping, and I never have to worry about waking up in the wrong position (on my back). An added bonus....it looks great as a decorative accent pillow on the bed when not in use!"

"I have had a little lower and mid-back pain at various points in my pregnancy, with a bit of a problem occurring in my second trimester. I started using the Utterly Yours™ Pregnancy Pillow when my baby decided to camp out on my sciatic nerve for about a month. I no longer have back pain and the baby has since moved off of my nerve. The pillow helps me feel supported while I sleep on my side. I am NOT a natural side sleeper and have had a lot of trouble sleeping comfortably on my side (when I DON'T use the Utterly Yours™ pillow, I tend to wake up on my back). The way this pillow is designed, I can get situated and stay asleep in a position that's much better for my baby. "Truly loving this adorable pillow! I'm in my second trimester (almost my third) and this pillow has become my new favorite addition to our bedroom!

Multiple reasons to love this include:

1. It is super SMALL & COMPACT. makes it easy to travel with, and it allows me to cuddle with my husband at night!
2. It is super CUTE. when i make the bed, i just fold it back into the cube, and set it on my nightstand, and it just looks like modern decoration for the bedroom!
3. It is so COMFORTABLE. it makes for a much better sleeping condition than just surrounding myself with tons of pillows like i did before i had this pillow. I tend to want to lay on my back and the back wedge really supports me throughout the entire night. the front wedge is super soft and molds to my belly perfectly.
4. It is CONVENIENT! it has a removable cover that you can wash without ruining the pillow!

"Hi Everyone! Just wanted to give my review of this product.  I am in my 2nd trimester and slowly getting bigger.  At night this pillow (think a triangle) is amazing!  I love it!  It really helps me balance out where I need balancing.  It is very supportive and I would recommend it to pregnant moms who are trying to get a good night sleep!"

"This pillow is a must have!!!!!!!!! I wish this pillow was around during my first pregnancy because it has been a life saver the second time around. "I won't say that this pillow is a life saver, but it certainly is a BACK SAVER! I got this pillow as a gift early on in my pregnancy, and I liked it, but now that I'm in my third trimester, it's critical to my comfort. The denser foam is perfect in the small of my back, and it really does encourage me to stay on my side. It's not at all burdensome and it's super easy to put away in the morning."
